As customers order and pay for orders, it means customers have read and agreed the following service items. Both parties shall comply in the handling of any case described in these items during the transaction.


1. Shipping for you
We need about 7 business days (mostly a little more than 7 days) to prepare the items since we confirm customer’s payment. During the 7 days, we will take 3 to 5 days to prepare the watches, and 1 to 2 days to examine the watches. If watches are in perfect condition, we will ship the watch to customers immediately;if watches are found defective, we will communicate with customers immediately and ask for next-step directions.


2. Items Exchange
1)On the premise that there is no product problem, free item exchange with the same item model is only available in 7 days after the parcel is signed. The item shall not be changed, used or damaged. This also means any plastic wrapping must be in-tact and not removed. Customers shall cover all freight.

2)On the premise that there is no product problem, if customers want to exchange the watch just because of personal ideas, customers shall cover all the freight and the exchange commission which is about 10% to 50% of the watch value. The item shall not be changed, used or damaged and the exchange is only accepted within 7 days.

3)Customers shall take all responsibility of any loss or damage during the delivery when customers send watches back to us and when we resend the exchanged watch back to customers. Customers shall cover all freight if they require watchrepair again.


3. Items Repair
1)Free repair is available for every watch sold by www.okreplicawatches.com , but only for the non-artificial defects. Our company shall cover one-way freight if it is within 3 days after the receipt; customers shall cover all the freight if it is beyond 3 days since the receipt.

2)Customers shall take all responsibility of any loss or damage during the delivery when customers send watches back to us and when we resend the exchanged watches back to customers. Our company will not supply free repair for the repaired watch any more. Customers shall cover the repair fee and all freight if they require watch re-repair.


4.Delivery
1)We disclaim full responsibility for the loss of the parcels caused by logistic agent, express company, customs and carrier. If the parcel get lost during the delivery, half value of the watch will be paid by our side. Provide against any loss caused by the 4 parties, customer shall examine the parcel and take action within 3 days. Complaint exceeding 3 days will be invalid.

2)My company disclaims any responsibility for the loss of items, if the shipping address supplied by customers is a military address or other delivery-unavailable address.If the parcel is pending in transit, our company will send email notifications to customers. Customers shall process it in 3 days. If not, customers shall take full responsibility of any loss caused by the pending.


5.Refund
All refunds will be effected after the return product is received and fund not used or damaged. Tampered products will also not be exchanged/refunded. Refunds will be in full, Including product value and all extra payment commission, no matter paypal or credit card payment card, but not including shipping cost.

If you are returning products for warranty, please read carefully the following attention in advance:

What happens if my watch stops working?

We have a generous exchange program for most models. If your watch stops working within 30 days, simply return it to us and we will either repair it or exchange it for a brand new one. Please note that this exchange does not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by the customer, and that we will not refund any return shipping costs UNLESS you received the wrong model. Physical damage will not be repaired. If you send us a perfectly working watch, it will be sent directly back to you.

Please note that you take full responsibility for safely shipping the watch back to us. You are responsible for shipping charges one-way, and we will pay shipping charges back to you and the repair cost. If more than 30 days, you are responsible for two-way shipping, We will pay the maintenance costs. No exceptions.

The cost of shipping a watch back to our recommended repair shop is very little compared to what it would cost you to have your watch repaired at a jewelry store in Europe or North America. Keep this in mind before emailing us to complain about the return shipping cost. If you choose to ship your watch using an unreliable method such as general airmail or registered mail, which has no tracking number available, you are 100% liable for anything that happens to the watch during transit, including the package being lost, stolen or taken by customs. Regardless of how much it costs to send it back to us, you are responsible for the cost of getting your watch back to us. Exchange only for the same exact model, NO EXCEPTIONS.



Is there any risk with customs?

When dealing with goods that may potentially violate laws in your country there is always a small risk that postal customs may open your package. From years of experience, shipping thousands of packages using varying methods, I can advise you which methods work best for your area. Customs inspections are entirely random, you may get three or four package, and them. In many cases, customs will simply impose a tax which you must pay when the box is delivered. It should be noted however that in some countries such as Italy and france, if your package is stopped by customs, it may not be delivered.

Be weary of any dealer that “guarantees” delivery. If your order is lost, we will replace it for you, and sent it with another shipping method. If the loss is caused by Chinese customs, 100% value will be paid by us;if the loss is caused by the buyer's customs, 50% of the product's value will be paid in stead.
